Alexis “CEO Lexi Couture” Arce is a Chicago-based Music Executive, Educator, and Media Founder specializing in proper music release strategy, artist education, and creator sustainability.
She is the Founder of Couture Music Management, the first Unionized Independent Record Label and Management Company in Chicago and The Couture Music Institute for the Arts, NFP, along with a portfolio of Media, Marketing, and Branding ventures operating under the Couture umbrella.
Lexi is the first Hip Hop female vocalist to join AFM Local 10-208, serving as a Union Member and Hip Hop Board Representative, Certified Union Organizer, and Teaching Fellow with the Chicago Federation of Labor. She is also the Creator, Executive Producer, Editor, and Host of The Couture FreeQueenSee and Founder/Editor-in-Chief of The Couture Life Magazine, an Independent Publication spotlighting Creatives across Music, Media, Fashion, and Entrepreneurship.
Her work also includes Event Production and Coordination for Music Events, Educational Programs, Musician Empowerment Panels and Live Cultural Experiences.
Across her media outlets, live events, website, and social platforms, Lexi reaches a multi-platform audience of hundreds of thousands creatives, artists, and cultural consumers, providing built-in visibility, community trust, and educational impact.
Her leadership and advocacy have earned Independent Music Advocate of the Year, a Media Appreciation Certificate, Manager of the Year (x2), Promoter of the Year, Best Graphic Designer, and a Global Impact Award.
